what we DID
The Starke Bypass officially opened on September 13, 2019. The project required 1.8 million cubic yards of dirt, raising the roadway an average of 10 feet over four miles of highway construction. Two sets of bridges were built with on and off ramps at State Road 16 and County Road 229.
