what we DID
Our crew reconstructed west half of Runway 14-32 by milling and regrading cross slopes and paving with a P-209 black base and completing the paving with P-401 Hot Mix. Cut-out, patch and repair work was also completed on the remainder of the affected runway and ramps were rebuilt as well.
